Job summary

The Celtic Collection at Celtic Manor Resort in Newport is seeking a Casual Health & Safety Administrator to support our Health, Safety and Compliance team. You will coordinate documentation, assist with audits and projects, and help maintain a safe, compliant and well-organised environment across our collection.

Based on a casual contract, this role offers flexibility while providing valuable experience within a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an administrative, office support or coordinator role.
• Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workloads and maintain confidentiality.
• Experience working with contractors, compliance processes or health and safety administration would be advantageous, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Health, Safety and Compliance team
• Organise meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes and maintain accurate records
• Monitor and maintain contractor documentation, permits and compliance records
• Support the tracking and electronic filing of health and safety documentation, audits and reports
• Update departmental trackers, dashboards and databases, ensuring information remains accurate and up to date
• Liaise with internal departments, suppliers and contractors regarding projects, works and compliance requirements
• Assist with processing orders, invoices and associated documentation
• Support the organisation of audits, projects and tender processes where required
• Help promote a positive health and safety culture throughout the Collection
