Sigmar Recruitment are supporting a Dromore area employer seeking a Health & Safety Manager to oversee H&S across multiple sites. The role offers a £55,000 salary, with responsibility for strategy, compliance, training and incident investigation.

The candidate will lead audits and drive continuous safety improvements, working closely with senior management to foster a proactive culture and ensure operational excellence.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH qualification or equivalent is required.
• Proven health and safety management experience across sites.
• Strong knowledge of UK health and safety legislation.
• Experience in manufacturing/engineering/logistics environments.
• Full UK driving licence.

Are you an experienced Health & Safety professional looking for a role where you can make a genuine impact across a growing business?

We are recruiting a Health & Safety Manager to lead and drive health, safety and compliance standards across a multi-site operation. Requirements

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Full UK driving licence
