Job summary

Leeds City Council invites applications for a Customer Service Advisor within the Active Leeds Health Programmes Team. The role supports referrals to funded health and wellbeing programmes, processes information, and handles enquiries and bookings across leisure and community centres.

You will work in a busy environment, liaising with health and social care professionals to promote Active Leeds offerings, while delivering high standards of customer service and engaging with a diverse community.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including phone, email and face-to-face.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to support referrals to Active Leeds programmes or activities.
• Good ICT and keyboard skills.

Responsibilities

• Support referrals to access funded health and wellbeing programmes.
• Process referrals and monitor programme participation.
• Handle enquiries and bookings for Active Leeds Health Programmes.
• Use management systems for bookings, enrolments, payments and sales queries.
• Proactively book appointments and coordinate with facilities across centres.
