Job summary

Google Health's Health Platforms and Devices team seeks a Technical Solutions Engineer to support and integrate health products and wearables, combining Google technologies with AI and health science to help users act on their health data.

You will provide post-installation and integration support, document specifications, and collaborate with partners to define integration solutions while influencing product and engineering decisions. English proficiency is required for global collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.
• Experience in software engineering, with a focus on server-side programming and server management.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support by changing and managing system configurations, diagnosing and fixing issues, and providing post-installation and integration support.
• Create and review process and design documentation, including work guidelines, specifications, and technical engineering documentation.
• Coordinate with partners to understand and analyze business specifications, recommend integration solutions, and resolve issues.
• Identify systemic trends across developer ecosystems and influence product and engineering decisions.
