Job summary

Google in the United Kingdom is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from conception to launch. You will plan requirements, identify risks, manage schedules, and communicate with cross-functional partners across the company.

You’ll work with stakeholders to align objectives and make tradeoffs with engineers. The Health Platforms and Devices team builds innovative products and services that help users live longer, healthier lives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program management.
• Experience managing cross-functional software programs from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, 0 to 1, or feature deployments).

Responsibilities

• Author and own comprehensive program charters and roadmaps (6+ months) for complex, cross-functional growth, subscription, and business generation initiatives. Define project scope, milestone dependencies, resource requirements, and measurable OKRs.
• Drive the end-to-end technical delivery of app onboarding pipelines, feature discovery engines, experimentation platforms, and business generation channels. Proactively monitor progress, anticipate roadblocks, and manage risk mitigation strategies.
• Act as the central point of contact to align executive cross-functional stakeholders (Engineering, Product, UX, Data Science, and Marketing). Facilitate consensus on complex technical and product tradeoffs, drive decision-making and manage escalations.
• Partner closely with engineering teams to perform technical due diligence evaluate architectural scope, and leverage AI/ML technologies and data infrastructure to accelerate program execution and optimize user pathways at scale.
