Job summary

Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary programs from ideation to launch across Health Platforms and Devices. You will work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage schedules, and communicate tradeoffs to executives and engineers.

You will partner with engineering teams to evaluate architecture and leverage AI/ML and data infrastructure to accelerate execution and optimize user pathways at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program management.
• Experience managing cross-functional software programs from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, 0 to 1, or feature deployments).
• 7 years of experience in technical program management, software engineering, or a related technical delivery role.
• Experience with consumer-focused mobile applications, large-scale digital platforms, or subscription-based products.
• Strong technical understanding with the ability to work comfortably alongside engineers on software architecture, data pipelines, and technical dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Author and own comprehensive program charters and roadmaps (6+ months) for complex, cross-functional growth, subscription, and business generation initiatives. Define project scope, milestone dependencies, resource requirements, and measurable OKRs.
• Drive the end-to-end technical delivery of app onboarding pipelines, feature discovery engines, experimentation platforms, and business generation channels. Proactively monitor progress, anticipate roadblocks, and manage risk mitigation strategies.
• Act as the central point of contact to align executive cross-functional stakeholders (Engineering, Product, UX, Data Science, and Marketing). Facilitate consensus on complex technical and product tradeoffs, drive decision-making and manage escalations.
• Partner closely with engineering teams to perform technical due diligence evaluate architectural scope, and leverage AI/ML technologies and data infrastructure to accelerate program execution and optimize user pathways at scale.
