Qualifications

- 2 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for partners or customers.
- Experience in software engineering with a focus on server-side programming and server management.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support by changing and managing system configurations, diagnosing and fixing issues, and providing post-installation and integration support.
- Create and review process and design documentation, including work guidelines, specifications, and technical engineering documentation.
- Coordinate with partners to understand and analyze business specifications, recommend integration solutions, and resolve issues.
- Identify systemic trends across developer ecosystems and influence product and engineering decisions.
