Job summary

UK Staffing Group Limited is recruiting five B2B Sales Advisors for a growing independent insurance business in Manchester. You will sell protection products to business owners, build relationships and drive opportunities through to close.

The role is busy, high-volume and target-driven. Basic £40,000 with uncapped commission and OTE £75,000+. After training, hybrid working 3 days in the office and 2 days at home; no weekend work.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales or insurance is preferred.
• Proven ability to generate and close new business.
• Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Speak with business owners to advise on protection products.
• Complete fact-finds, identify key drivers, present options.
• Handle objections and move opportunities through to completion.
• Maintain a high-volume pipeline and deliver quality, consultative service.
• Sell to business owners and drive revenue growth.
