We make health happen This is an exciting role working within Health Services. You will be dealing with both new and repeat self-pay and business customers, selling and assisting them in booking clinics related products in order to achieve a monthly target and earn commission. You’ll help us make health happen by: You will be taking incoming customer calls from customers wanting to discuss our range of primary care and MSK products, complete bookings and generate revenue in order to hit your monthly target. You will be responding to emails and resolving queries over the phone, taking ownership until resolved and action changes to client records ensuring all systems are updated in an accurate and timely manner.
We’ll lead a team of booking advisers that drive revenue and service excellence throughout the organization.
