Job summary

MPA Recruitment in Ballymena seeks Care Assistants to join a Nursing Home team. Flexible, part-time shifts available, with twilight hours (6-11pm, 4-midnight). Pay rate £13.25–£13.75 per hour, depending on shift, with immediate start.

You will work closely with nurses to deliver high standards of resident care and support daily living needs in a friendly, professional environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months' experience in a similar role.
• NISCC Registered or willingness to apply.
• Willingness to complete training courses.
• Willingness to complete Access NI checks.

Responsibilities

• Providing a high standard of personal care to residents.
• Assisting at meal times and recording food and fluid intake.
• Promoting independence where possible.
• Supporting mobility.
• Making beds.
• Communicating with residents and ensuring comfort.

This position will be based in a Nursing Home Setting with an immediate start and flexible work available, Twilight hours available are: 6-11pm, 4-midnight.
