Hutchinson Care Homes is seeking a Twilight Care Assistant to provide safe, compassionate care for residents between 5pm and 10pm, 16 hours per week. You will support daily living activities, offer companionship, and assist with care plans while maintaining dignity and respect.

Role requires teamwork, reliability, and adherence to infection control and health and safety procedures. Training will be provided and flexibility to cover shifts across homes may be required.

• You may be required to work in other homes in the business at short notice to assist with staffing levels

This position is for a Twilight Care Assistant Role.

• 16 hours per week contract.

• 5pm - 10pm Shift

Purpose:

To provide safe, compassionate, and high-quality care for our residents, ensuring dignity, respect, and independence are maintained at all times while working in line with Hutchinson Care Homes' policies and procedures.

Main Duties:

• Assisting residents with personal care which includes getting dressed, washing and eating

• Provide company to the Residents.

• Provide information to family member regarding care plans in a professional manner

• Follow all infection control, safeguarding, and health & safety procedures.

Administration Duties:

• Keep Residents Care records up to date and inform the staff nurse, Home Manager/Deputy Manager of any changes

• Keep accurate, timely, and legible records of residents' care and medical needs

• Involvement with resident Care plans and keeping records up to date, accurate, meticulous and legible

• Report any changes in residents' health, wellbeing, or behaviour to the Nurse/Manager promptly

• Record and report any damages or maintenance issues.
