Howard Finley Care is recruiting for a Care Assistant to work within our client's residential home in Gravesend.

Vacancy Details:

• £12.25 per hour
• 36 hours per week available
• Nights positions available

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and support with daily tasks such as washing, dressing, and mobility.
• Assist residents at mealtimes and support with eating and drinking as needed.
• Follow care plans to ensure individual needs and preferences are met.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' health or wellbeing.
• Support social activities to promote emotional and mental wellbeing.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and infection control standards.
