Job summary

Harpenden Springs is seeking a Health Care Assistant to provide compassionate care to residents at our Harpenden location. You will assist with daily activities, meals, and personal support, while engaging with residents and their families in a caring, respectful manner.

We offer full-time hours, day shifts, and a supportive team environment. Full training is provided, and prior care experience is advantageous but not required.

• Have experience working as a Healthcare Assistant/Support Worker – this is advantageous but not essential as full training is given.
