Job summary

Oakland Care Ltd. in Maidstone is seeking a Health Care Assistant to join our dedicated team at Maplewood Court, Northumberland Road, Maidstone ME15 7TA. You will provide day-to-day personal care, assist residents with meals, and offer companionship to ensure their wellbeing and happiness.

We value teamwork and compassion, with full training provided. Hours are 40.25 per week in a permanent daytime shift, supporting residents and their families while maintaining our high standards of care.

Qualifications

• A compassionate and caring person.
• Be a true team player.
• Experience working as a Healthcare Assistant/Support Worker is advantageous; full training given.
