Oakland Care in Harpenden is seeking a dedicated Night Care Assistant to support residents through the night with compassion, dignity and respect. You will assist with personal care, mobility and safety, and help maintain a calm, supportive environment.

Full-time role based in Harpenden Springs, 40.25 hours per week, paying £13.20 per hour. The position emphasizes providing high-quality care while ensuring residents feel valued and safe overnight.
