Job summary

Oakland Care in Harpenden is seeking a Health Care Assistant to deliver compassionate care to residents in a zero-hours role. You will help with daily personal care, meals, and companionship, working days and nights to support a thriving care home.

Full training is provided; prior healthcare experience is beneficial but not essential. Join a supportive team and help create a family-like environment for residents and their relatives.

Location: Harpenden Springs, 22-24 Grove Road, Harpenden AL5 1PX

Pay: £13.20 per hour

Engagement: Zero Hours (BANK)

Shift: Days/Nights
