Job summary

Oakland Care is seeking a Health Care Assistant to join our Tonbridge team. You will provide compassionate daily care to residents, assist with meals and activities, and support families and visitors as part of a dedicated care team.

The role emphasizes teamwork, ongoing training, and delivering high-quality personal and social support in a warm home environment. Permanent daytime shifts with paid benefits join a values-driven team.
