Fever, the world-leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, seeks a Health & Safety Specialist in London. You will manage H&S risks across Fever’s events and internal roles, advise multiple teams, and implement safety and environmental systems.

This role offers a hands-on path in a fast-growing global business. With a minimum NEBOSH certificate and UK regulatory knowledge, you’ll help ensure safe, compliant growth while collaborating across markets and sites.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years in a similar health and safety role.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to visit Fever markets and venues as needed.
• Solid knowledge of UK health and safety regulations.

Legal & Policy

As the legal team, we support all areas of Fever by offering clear advice, risk management, and legal insight that allow teams to move quickly and stay focused on what matters. We ensure alignment with local laws and regulations to support safe and compliant growth wherever Fever operates.

Our team is structured in:l Intellectual Property, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Joint Ventures, Privacy,Paralegal support. and Health & Safety. Together, we cover the full legal landscape to meet the needs of a growing global business like Fever.

What You'll Do

As a Health & Safety Specialist, you’ll take part in managing H&S risks across both Fever’s internal roles and the wide variety of events we promote and organize worldwide. You'll advise, support, and collaborate with multiple departments, gaining experience and analytical skills in a company at the intersection of technology and entertainment.

This is a unique opportunity to grow within a forward-thinking team while helping shape a safer, healthier work environment that supports employee wellbeing. You'll report to the Health and Safety Manager and support the core H&S and Environmental functions, including:

• Implementing H&S and Environmental management systems
• Conducting risk assessments of Fever workspaces and job roles
• Assessing and supervising venues and live events
• Tracking and evaluating corrective and preventive measures
• Performing ergonomic, hygienic, and psychosocial risk evaluations
• Reviewing H&S and environmental clauses in contracts with suppliers and partners
• Analyzing legal and ISO (or equivalent) compliance requirements
• Managing contracts with external H&S international providers
• Collaboration and maintenance of the quality and environmental management system
• Make proper use of the resources provided by the organization
• Carry out appropriate waste segregation

Who You Are

• Eager to learn and grow through real-world experience
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• A team player with strong communication skills
• Fluent in English other languages (French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Japanese, or Arabic) are a plus
• Ready to work full-time (start date negotiable)
• Willing to visit work sites and venues in Fever markets when needed
• NEBOSH National General Certificate as a minimum; NEBOSH Diploma or progress toward it is a plus
• IOSH membership (Tech IOSH or CMIOSH preferred)
• Solid knowledge of the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999 and CDM 2015
• Event safety experience is a plus (e.g. The Purple Guide)
