Health and Safety ISO Officer

Are you passionate about promoting a culture of safety and compliance? Do you have a sharp eye for identifying risks and improving processes? We are seeking a Health and Safety ISO Officer to join our Risk and Compliance team and support the Health and Safety ISO Manager in ensuring regulatory excellence across our business.

About the Role

As a Health and Safety ISO Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring compliance with regulatory policies, leading internal audits, and supporting ISO audit readiness. Your efforts will help maintain a safe environment for employees, suppliers, and stakeholders across our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and review internal health and safety processes within a defined geographical area
2. Conduct desktop and on-site audits of internal and supplier locations
3. Identify and report key risks and findings to the Health and Safety ISO Manager
4. Provide practical advice on health and safety legislation and best practices
5. Contribute to monthly supplier reviews and cross-functional reporting
6. Investigate incidents or near misses, conduct root cause analysis, and monitor outcomes
7. Produce detailed monthly reports on health and safety performance
8. Travel to company sites for risk assessments and compliance checks
