Job Opportunity: Area Health and Safety Officer

Inspired Learning Group is seeking an Area Health and Safety Officer to join our operations team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to advance their career in health and safety within the education sector.

Inspired Learning Group comprises independent senior schools, preparatory schools, and nurseries across the UK. We are committed to supporting each institution in achieving excellence and inspiring personal, social, and academic development tailored to each pupil's unique talents.

Role Responsibilities

• Ensure all schools and nurseries comply with relevant health and safety legislation and best practices.
• Maintain and update policies, procedures, and practices to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Support staff and management in understanding and implementing health and safety requirements.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience in a health and safety role, preferably within educational settings.
• Strong management and organizational skills.
• Understanding of the independent schools sector is desirable.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying information to stakeholders up to CEO level.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.

Additional Information

This role involves a mix of onsite, remote, and head office work (located at Georgian House, Park Lane, Stanmore, Middlesex HA7 3HD), with frequent travel to schools and nurseries.
