£38,000 to £45,000 per annum + £5,000 car allowance and benefits

Shirley Parsons has partnered with an established consultancy to recruit a Health and Safety Consultant. The role involves covering client sites in the Midlands, providing Health and Safety services mainly to SME businesses. It is home-based with regional travel requirements.

Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering services such as Risk Assessments, Fire Risk Assessments, audits, reports, and training.
  • Acting as the 'Competent Person' for your client portfolio.
  • Managing client communications and queries efficiently.
  • Proposing service improvements to the Regional Manager.

Candidate requirements:

  • Experience in Health and Safety and Fire Risk Assessments within consultancy or various sectors.
  • A diploma or degree in Health and Safety is preferred.
  • Membership with IOSH.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and relationship-building abilities.
