About the role: Health and Safety and Support Administrator- Chester

The position is located at our Chester Centre which is a fantastic facility consisting of an impressive, modernised Aftersales Centre and Bodyshop and BMW and MINI Sales. Your Responsibilities

  • Responsible for monitoring the company's compliance with health and safety law and providing the Head of Business with updates and Health and Safety related issues. This will involve both desk-based monitoring as well as on site visits.
  • Responsible for managing the training target for all brands making sure the relevant courses and accommodation are booked in line with annual targets. Alongside line management team.
  • Responsible for assisting alongside the management teams the fortnightly walkarounds and reporting defects to the central support team, monitor and progress defects and any housekeeping and health and safety related matters.
  • Assisting with general administration alongside the management team to enable audit trails to be carried out. Example Stock checks and regular checks audited weekly / fortnightly / monthly. Credit card receipts and debtors to be ran through and sent to relevant MA.

  • Willingness to learn and develop and keep up-to-date with H&S information.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as a team player offering help and support to others
  • An enthusiastic, dynamic and team orientated personality.
  • Knowledge of computer applications (MS Office, Drive)
