Senior Health & Safety Advisor Construction Fit-Out

Salary: GBP40,000 GBP50,000 per annun
Car allowance: GBP350 per month, and 25p per mile
Location: Manchester (with travel to project sites)
Type: Full-time, Permanent

The role:

As Senior Health & Safety Advisor, you ll be responsible for managing and maintaining high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance across all projects and our office environment. You ll work closely with project teams to uphold our 45001 certification, ensure CDM compliance, and carry out regular audits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead on all Health & Safety matters across projects and our head office
• Conduct regular site audits and inspections
• Maintain ISO 45001 accreditation and documentation
• Develop and manage Construction Phase Plans and H&S files
• Ensure full compliance with CDM 2015 regulations
• Collaborate with internal teams and subcontractors to promote best practice
• Provide H&S input for the preparation of O&M manuals post-project

What we re looking for:

• Strong experience in the construction or commercial fit-out sector
• In-depth knowledge of CDM 2015 regulations and H&S legislation
• Proven experience managing ISO 45001 certification
• Confident communicator, able to liaise effectively across teams and with contractors
• NEBOSH or equivalent qualification (preferred)
• Full UK driving licence and ability to travel to sites
