Location: Home-based (travel London across the M4 corridor)

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Level: Chartered (CMIOSH or IOSH-qualified)

We're hiring a Health & Safety Consultant to join a ambitious business that's making serious headway in the compliance and risk management space.

This role is all about building strong client relationships, delivering practical, expert advice, and helping businesses stay safe, compliant, and confident.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Visiting clients onsite to carry out audits, risk assessments, and provide tailored health & safety support
• Advising on legislation, compliance, and best practice with a clear, confident and human approach
• Maintaining strong client relationships through regular contact, follow-ups, and value-added advice
• Acting as a subject matter expert – representing the business with integrity and professionalism

What You’ll Need:

• Chartered membership of IOSH (CMIOSH) or working towards
• Proven experience in a client-facing health & safety role
• Strong understanding of UK health & safety regulations and practical application
• Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with all levels of a business
• A proactive, self-managed approach – able to organise your own schedule and workload
• Clean UK driving licence
