Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or equivalent in exercise physiology/sports science/nutrition.
• Previous experience in a clinical/hospital environment is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Health Screening Assessments and explain results.
• Provide individual lifestyle advice based on customer needs.
• Carry out clinical testing including phlebotomy and ECGs.

Salary: Up to £31,000 per annum

London Doctors Clinic (LDC) is looking for a competent, organised and confident Health Advisor to join our growing team!

LDC is part of the Spire Healthcare Group - the second largest private healthcare provider in the UK, and we provide private GP services to patients across London. As a Health Advisor, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive Health Screening Assessments, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and providing detailed healthcare reports to guide individuals in improving their health and lifestyle.

This role offers an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and dedicated individual to expand their practical knowledge in health and wellbeing, while making a tangible impact on people's lives.

Essential Requirements

• Educated to degree level or equivalent in exercise physiology/sports science/ nutrition
• Previous experience in a clinical/hospital environment
• Strong customer service skills
• Can work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team
• Ability to travel across London to clinic Locations
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Healthcare Assessments
• Explain clinical results and risk factors to our customers
• Offer an outstanding customer experience
• Give individual lifestyle advice appropriate to customer needs
• Manage and maintain equipment within the clinic to a high quality
• Help to ensure centre is compliant with regulations set by the CQC
• Carry out clinical testing including body composition analysis, spirometry, heart rate monitoring, phlebotomy, electrocardiograms, blood pressure
• Admin support and report writing following service delivery
