Bower Roebuck & Co. Ltd in Yorkshire seeks an experienced Healder/Knotter to join the Drawing-in team. You will set up warps, operate drawing-in, knotting and re-beaming machinery, and maintain equipment while logging faults. Working a rotating weekly shift, you’ll help sustain safe, efficient production.

The role requires hands-on skills, textile experience, and a commitment to SSOWs. You’ll contribute to high-quality, sustainable fabrics for luxury brands.

• Experience in drawing-in and weaving environments with a focus on quality and safety.
• Hands-on ability to operate weaving equipment and maintain lines.
• Commitment to safe systems of work and continuous improvement.
• Proactive problem-solving and adaptability in a production setting.

Responsabilités

• Set up warps into looms for weaving.
• Operate drawing-in, knotting, and re-beaming machinery.
• Maintain machinery and log faults/repairs with the Team Leader.
• Clean reeds, healds, droppers and shafts; support maintenance.
• Follow safety procedures and assist with preventative maintenance.
