Easthorpe School, part of Polaris Community, is seeking an experienced Headteacher to shape its growth and educational offering for pupils aged 7–18. You will lead with compassion, inclusivity, and personalised learning while ensuring adherence to Independent School Standards and inspection frameworks.

The role involves leading a 50+ staff team, engaging with parents and external partners, and safeguarding the wellbeing of students.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified Teacher Status with primary/secondary teaching experience.
• Experience leading SEN provision and safeguarding.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams.

Aufgaben

• Educational leadership to develop the school’s vision and standards.
• Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead and manage safeguarding processes.
• Curriculum development to meet pupil needs and JCQ requirements.
• Oversee KS4 preparation, GCSEs, and accredited courses.
• Champion pastoral care and SEN advocacy within the community.
• Lead staff development and build strong team collaboration.
