Edwardian Hotels London is recruiting for a Head Waiter/Waitress for The Library champagne bar at The Edwardian Manchester Hotel. You will lead the waiting team, deliver exceptional service, manage reservations and guest requests, and train staff to uphold high standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a senior waiter/waitress, supervisor, or head waiter role.

We are currently recruiting for a Head Waiter/ Waitress for The Library champagne bar located within The Edwardian Manchester Hotel.

• Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Has a flexible approach to working evenings, weekends, and busy periods.
