Set over two floors with indoor and outdoor seating, including a heated terrace and balcony, we offer stunning views of the Thames and a menu featuring gourmet burgers, buttermilk fried chicken, and a variety of cocktails.

Role Summary:

We are seeking a confident and experienced Front of House Supervisor to lead our dynamic floor team. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and support staff during busy shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee FOH staff and daily service operations.
2. Deliver excellent customer experiences and resolve issues promptly.
3. Support training, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
4. Ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety standards.
5. Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless service.

Requirements:

• Previous supervisory experience in hospitality.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and a hands-on attitude.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
