Tatar Bunar is a new Ukrainian-Mediterranean restaurant in the heart of Shoreditch, combining soulful food, warm hospitality, and beautifully curated design. We’re now looking for a passionate and experienced Head Waiter to lead our floor team and help shape the guest experience from the glass up.. . . Role Responsibilities:. . Lead and support the floor team during service, ensuring a smooth and high-quality guest experience. Deliver exceptional hospitality, embodying the spirit and values of Tatar Bunar. Maintain full knowledge of food and beverage menus, including daily specials. Support training and development of junior staff members. Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure excellent timing and service standards. Manage section and assist in opening/closing duties. Handle guest feedback professionally and proactively. Uphold hygiene, health, and safety standards at all times. What We Are Looking For:. Previous experience as a Head Waiter/Waitress or Senior Waiter in a premium or high-volume restaurant. Strong communication and leadership skills. Genuine passion for hospitality and guest care. Ability to remain calm and organised during busy service periods. Well-presented, energetic, and positive attitude. Good knowledge of wines and cocktails is a plus. Right to work in the UK. What We Offer:. Competitive salary + service charge.
