Job summary

Manifesto is seeking an experienced Head Waiter to run front-of-house operations three days a week, taking full ownership of the dining room from open to close. The role is part-time with weekend shifts (Fri–Sun) in a seasonal pizza concept in London.

You will greet guests, take orders, serve food and drinks, manage payments and maintain high service and cleanliness standards throughout your shift. Immediate start with tips as part of earning potential.

Qualifications

• Experience in food and beverage service or floor management.
• Strong organization skills and ability to manage a shift independently.
• Trustworthy with opening/closing responsibilities and keyholder duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Opening and closing the restaurant (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
• Setting up prep, tables, and front-of-house before service.
• Greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and managing payments.
• Maintaining a high standard of service and cleanliness throughout the shift.

Details

• Hours: 20–22 hours per week.
• Schedule: Friday through Sunday.
• Status: Working alone on floor / Independent role.
• Start Date: Immediate.

Requirements

• Proven experience in food and beverage service or floor management.
• Strong organization skills and ability to manage a shift independently.
• Trustworthy with opening/closing responsibilities and keyholder duties.
