Job summary

TCAP, a fine dining British restaurant in Greater London, is hiring a Head Waiter. The role requires a minimum of 2 years' Head Waiter experience and confidence in running a section while supervising junior waiters.

This full-time position offers £16 hourly on a 48-hour contract. You keep all tips (card and cash) and receive extra troncs as stated. English language required; only candidates with relevant experience will be contacted.

Qualifications

• Experience in fine dining and high-volume service (200+ covers).
• English – Advanced proficiency.
