• Must have supervisory or senior waiting experience in a quality restaurant, hotel or luxury hospitality environment.
• Excellent communication skills, positive attitude and ability to motivate a team are essential.
• Experience within a hotel food and beverage operation is highly advantageous.

  You are a passionate hospitality professional with previous experience in a supervisory or senior waiting role within a quality restaurant, hotel or luxury hospitality environment. You thrive in a guest-facing position, enjoy leading by example and have a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and the ability to motivate a team are essential. Experience within a hotel food and beverage operation would be highly advantageous.
