Jamie Oliver Group is seeking staff for its Catherine Street on-site team in London. You will greet guests and guide them through the CS experience, explaining fresh ingredients and cooking methods, and delivering dishes with a smile.

You’ll work with the bar team to ensure drinks service is prompt and maintain Jamie Oliver restaurant standards. The role requires a background in fast-paced hospitality, a passion for great service, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience on the floor in a high-volume restaurant environment.
• Excellent guest-service skills and perceptive people-reading abilities.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner.
• Learn ingredients, specials and cooking methods to explain to guests.
• Serve guests with passion and a smile.
• Learn the food and drinks menus and retain knowledge of them.
• Coordinate with the bar team to ensure drinks are served quickly.
• Collaborate with all restaurant departments to ensure smooth service.
• Relay supplier stories and ethos to guests.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality food to guests.
• Uphold Health and Safety standards across Jamie Oliver restaurants.

WHAT YOU’RE HERE TO DO

• Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner.
• Learn all about the fresh ingredients, specials and cooking methods in order to explain them to our guests fabulously.
• Serve guests their favourite dishes passionately and with a smile.
• Learn the food and drinks menus and retain a good knowledge of it.
• Work with the bar team to ensure drinks are served quickly.
• Work closely with all other departments within the restaurant team
• Hear some amazing stories from our suppliers and relay their ethos and passion to our guests
• Make sure that all food is run in a timely manner and is of the highest quality.
• Ensure your guests have an experience that exceeds their expectations.
• Maintain the Health and Safety and Jamie Oliver restaurants standards.
• Work to the highest food Safety Standards

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

You’ll have gained experience on the floor in a similar high-volume restaurant environment where you’ll have learned how to be a perceptive people reader. You’ll understand how to tailor your service and really engage with every guest.

You’ll be a great team player who really believes that the guest experience is not just something that happens at the table and that every member of the team is just as important as everyone else.
