£17 per hour + Surplus Service Charge

Set on the seafront with views of the pier, Brighton Beach House spans two floors with Art Deco inspired interiors, a rooftop terrace, and a banana-shaped pool designed by artist David Shrigley. The menu focuses on seafood and Mediterranean-inspired dishes. The club also features fitness facilities including free weights, cardio areas, a sauna, and steam room.

The Role...

We are seeking an experienced Head Waiter/Waitress to join our team at Brighton Beach House (BN2 1AY). Your main responsibility is to ensure members have an enjoyable experience by delivering excellent service from greeting, taking orders, making recommendations, and settling bills.

What we are looking for in a Head Waiter/Waitress...

• 1-2 years' experience in a busy high-profile bar (preferred but not essential)
• Team player who communicates well with colleagues
• Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy
• Sense of urgency
• Proactive attitude
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Genuine passion for food and beverage
• Flexibility to work both opening and closing shifts as required

• Mon - Thurs: 8am - 11pm
• Fri - Sat: 8am - 1am
• Sun: 8am - 1am
