Your Requirements:

In this role, you will manage the day-to-day operations of the space, lead and motivate a team of service professionals, and collaborate with the Events Sales team to ensure flawless execution of client briefs. You will oversee all event elements, from setup to breakdown, maintaining high standards of attention to detail, efficiency, and guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent leadership, a strong service ethic, and the ability to remain calm and solution-focused under pressure. A minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role within a premium hospitality setting is essential.

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of Food and Beverage experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role
• At least 2 years managing events or private dining in a premium venue
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Supportive of team development and training
• Exceptional guest service skills

• Strong organizational and financial skills
