Job summary

Salcombe Harbour Hotel seeks a Head Waiter to lead the restaurant team and deliver exceptional service to guests. You will be a strong team player with the ability to motivate colleagues and maintain high standards during service.

Experience in a luxury food & beverage environment and a deep passion for hospitality are essential. A proactive approach to guest needs, wine knowledge, and a track record of consistent performance are highly valued.

The role…

We have a superb opportunity for a Head Waiter to join the restaurant team. As Head Waiter you will need experience of working in a high end food & beverage outlet together with a passion for customer service excellence. An excellent knowledge of food & wine, a strong team player and a good motivator of people is essential.
