The role… We have a superb opportunity for a Head Waiter to join the restaurant team. As Head Waiter you will need experience of working in a high end food & beverage outlet together with a passion for customer service excellence. An excellent knowledge of food & wine, a strong team player and a good motivator of people is essential.
