Position Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team at The Ritz London within the Ritz Restaurant Department as a Head Waiter / Waitress. As a Head Waiter / Waitress, you must be passionate about and committed to delivering exceptional service to our guests and clients while maintaining The Ritz London’s legendary standards of service. You must ensure you are fully conversant with all menu items, including their ingredients, presentation, accompaniments, and availability. You must have excellent communication skills, including the ability to take guests’ orders, recommend specialities, and upsell where relevant. Working closely with the kitchen, managers, and sommelier team, you must ensure the experience of food, beverage, and service in The Ritz Restaurant remains unparalleled.
