Job Description

Our Client is a corporately owned practice seeking a Head Registered Veterinary Nurse to lead their team at a busy, supportive first-opinion practice.

The role is full-time and offers a stable and consistent rota, allowing for excellent work-life balance.

The practice benefits from a welcoming team environment, where collaboration and high standards of care are central. The successful candidate will be joining a motivated team of vets and support staff, taking on a key leadership role within the nursing department.

The position involves providing clinical leadership, overseeing the nursing team, coordinating inpatient care, supporting surgical procedures, and leading nurse clinics. The Head RVN will also be responsible for maintaining practice standards and driving clinical development across the team.

The ideal candidate will be an RCVS registered RVN with proven experience in a leadership capacity. They should be confident in all areas of general nursing and passionate about promoting clinical excellence through nurse consults and team development.
