Job Description

Our Client is a corporately owned practice looking to welcome a dedicated and compassionate RVN to their team.

This position offers full-time hours (42 per week) including 1 in 4 Saturdays, with part-time options also available (32–34 hours per week with no weekends). Flexible working arrangements can be considered to support work-life balance.

The practice is home to a close-knit and experienced team including a long-standing Lead Vet, PCAs, and Client Care Assistants. With many loyal clients, the practice has built a strong reputation for delivering excellent patient and client care within a collaborative and supportive environment.

The role will involve running nurse consults, assisting with 2–3 surgical procedures per day, anaesthesia monitoring, peri-operative care, stock control, equipment maintenance, and contributing to clinical best practices. The RVN will also support diary management and indirectly oversee day-to-day workflow to ensure efficient operations.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified RVN with excellent clinical skills and a proactive approach, committed to delivering outstanding patient care.

Practice facilities support a range of first opinion work, and RVNs are empowered to take an active role in both patient care and clinical development. The practice offers a structured induction and access to CPD through market-leading programmes.
