Job summary

Medivet in Folkestone is seeking a Head Nurse to lead the nursing team, ensuring exceptional patient and client care while maintaining high regulatory and operational standards. This role sits within a practice co-owned with our Branch Partner, offering a collaborative environment where your ideas and enthusiasm help shape the practice.

You will lead nurse-led clinics, coordinate activities, and ensure smooth admissions and discharges, upholding best practices across the team.

Qualifications

• Must be an RCVS registered Veterinary Nurse.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in a team setting.
• Strong focus on delivering exceptional patient and client care.

Responsibilities

As a Head Nurse you will be accountable for the clinical leadership of the nursing team ensuring we deliver exceptional care, always there for our clients, patients and colleagues whilst maintaining the highest levels of regulatory, practice and operational standards and compliance.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HRVN to join our team at a practice co-owned with our Branch Partner.
