Job summary

Medivet & Partners is seeking a Head Nurse to provide clinical leadership to the nursing team and ensure the highest standards of care for patients and clients. You will guide and inspire colleagues, lead nurse-led appointments, and coordinate activities across the practice while maintaining regulatory and practice standards.

You will be a confident leader with a passion for developing others and delivering exceptional patient care in a busy veterinary setting.

Qualifications

• RCVS registered Veterinary Nurse required.
• Experience leading a team or supervising colleagues preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional care to patients, leading nurse-led appointments and scheduling activities, supporting consults, surgeries and procedures, complying with all regulatory, practice and operational standards.
• Deliver patient monitoring and care, and manage admissions and discharges.
• Provide clinical leadership, inspiration and development to the nursing team.
• Deliver exceptional client care and ensure high standards of compliance and safety.
