Job summary

Step Teachers Ltd is assisting a welcoming primary school with nursery provision in recruiting a Head Teacher to start January 2027. The role involves strategic leadership, driving teaching and pupil outcomes, and developing a high-performing staff team within a supportive multi-academy trust.

Evidence of QTS and senior leadership experience in primary settings is required, with a strong focus on safeguarding, curriculum development, and community engagement.
