Job summary

Step Teachers Ltd in Norwich is seeking a Head Teacher for a thriving primary school with nursery provision. This permanent, full-time leadership role starts January 2027 within a supportive multi-academy trust.

You will provide strategic leadership, drive improvements in teaching and outcomes, and develop staff while ensuring safeguarding remains central to all practices and building strong relationships with pupils, families and governors.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and primary leadership experience.
• Proven ability to raise standards and lead school improvement.
