Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge and experience in sushi preparation including filleting fish and making basic and advanced sushi and sashimi.
• Proficiency with a variety of sushi ingredients.
• Understanding of food safety regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong sense of cleanliness and attention to detail.
• Food handling certification as required by region.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Pay Rate: £13.50- £14.00 (Earn up to £16 with tips included)

Hours: 45-50 per week (hours are negotiable)
