The Chancery Rosewood in Mayfair seeks a Head Sommelier to lead and elevate our wine experience across all outlets. You will curate the wine programme, train the team, and deliver personalised recommendations that elevate every guest interaction.

This role demands passion, leadership, and a commitment to relationship hospitality. As Head Sommelier, you will collaborate with culinary and F&B colleagues to craft exceptional pairings, manage cellar operations, and deliver engaging wine education
