Job summary

mydentist in Wellington (TF1 1HW) is hiring a Receptionist to join a 4-surgery practice. The role runs Monday–Friday 8:30am–5:30pm with some Saturdays, aligned with the UK’s leading dental network. You’ll support diary management, book appointments, and help deliver excellent patient experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in reception or front-desk roles is beneficial.
• Strong communication and organisational skills are essential.
• Ability to work in a medical/dental environment and maintain patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage appointments to optimise the diary.
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries and coordinate with the practice team.
• Maintain a welcoming reception area and support smooth daily operations.
