About the Opportunity

Are you looking to develop your skill-set and join one of the fastest growing dental groups in the UK? We have an exciting new opportunity for a Head Receptionist to join our team at our mixed NHS and private practice in Wellingborough.

Our Practice Team is at the heart of our business, and we want everyone to feel their role is a vocation, not just a job.

  • Monday 09:30 - 18:30
  • Tuesday 08:00 - 17:00
  • Wednesday 09:30 - 18:30
  • Thursday 08:00 - 17:00
  • Friday 08:30 - 17:30
Main Goals and Responsibilities

Responsible for providing an excellent patient experience, maintaining a well-organised reception area, managing positive company cash accounts, and building a broad patient base. Ensure appointments are booked and records are maintained accurately. Coordinate the dentist's schedule and ensure the smooth running of the practice by following procedures, policies, and protocols.

Requirements

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic individual with strong receptionist or administrative experience. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Proficiency with computer-based systems
  • Knowledge of working with systems (advantageous)
  • Willingness to learn and progress
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage varied workloads
  • Attention to detail and initiative
  • A well-presented, motivated individual who enjoys working independently and as part of a team
