Job summary

Fire Group is seeking a Pastry Chef to lead the pastry section in a high-end hospitality setting, producing exceptional plated desserts and afternoon teas with seasonal produce. You will work closely with the Executive Chef, bringing creative input to menus and shaping the pastry offering.

Ideal candidates have Rosette-level experience, strong pastry and chocolate skills, and a passion for culinary excellence in a quality operation based in the New Forest area.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a pastry section in a high-end restaurant or hotel.
• Excellent plated dessert experience.
• Strong pastry skills including chocolate work.
• Creative mindset with interest in developing new desserts.

Responsibilities

• Produce exceptional plated desserts and pastry items.
